Our Story
From Our Kitchen to Yours
Diane Wood launched The Trolley Track Cookie Company in 2012, hoping to spread some of the special sweetness she’d been cooking up in her home for over 40 years.
Diane began baking in her family kitchen so that her children and their friends could always find a tasty treat in the cookie jar. While a lot has changed since then – kids grown, techniques refined, recipes perfected—her goal has always remained the same: make delectable cookies synonymous with smiles.
Cleverly crafted with all-natural ingredients, Trolley Track cookies taste like home. They are both a flavor and a feeling you’ll want to savor and share.
The TTCC Name
The Trolley Track Cookie Company traces its name back to Diane’s baking beginnings when she noticed a pattern of behavior in her children’s cookie choices. The kids would search each new batch for the cookies with the deepest tracks on the bottom, indentations created from the cooling rack. These rack tracks signaled the softest, gooiest cookies and have since become a hallmark of the Trolley Track Cookie Company.
