Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 Day.
Shipments will be shipped within 24 hours of order. If you select 2-day shipping on a Wednesday, the order will be delivered on Saturday. If you select 2-day shipping on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, the order will be shipped on the following Monday. If the order is delayed for any reason or can’t be shipped within 24 hours, Trolley Track Cookie Co. will reach out and let the customer know.

Damages
Trolley Track Cookie Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
Trolley Track Cookie Co. does not ship outside the 48 U.S. Contiguous States.
Returns Policy
All sales are final due to this being a perishable food product. If the package is damaged upon shipping, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877.
